All food products sold by Saacoor are intended for personal, non-commercial consumption. Product images are for representation purposes only; actual packaging and appearance may vary slightly.

Please read all ingredient and allergen information on product pages carefully before ordering, especially if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

3. Orders and payments

By placing an order on saacoor.com, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s). We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

An order is confirmed only after you receive a confirmation email from us. In cases where a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

• All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We accept payments via the methods displayed at checkout (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, etc.).
• Payment must be completed at the time of placing the order. We do not offer credit or deferred payment terms for direct orders.

4. Shipping and delivery

We ship orders across India. Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout and are indicative only — actual delivery may vary based on your location, courier availability, and other factors outside our control.

• Orders are typically dispatched within 1–3 business days of confirmation.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, public holidays, natural events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout.
• Risk of loss and title for items purchased from saacoor.com passes to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• If a package appears tampered with or damaged upon delivery, please refuse it and contact us immediately at support@saacoor.com.

5. Returns and refunds

Given the perishable and consumable nature of our food products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered. However, we are committed to your satisfaction and will resolve issues related to:

• Products damaged in transit
• Wrong item received
• Products with a quality or packaging defect

To raise a concern, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photographs at support@saacoor.com. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

We reserve the right to assess each case individually and our decision on refunds and replacements will be final.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes. You must not:
