Shipping Policy

1. Where we ship

We currently ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. At checkout, you can verify whether your delivery location is serviceable. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Delivery to certain remote or restricted areas may take longer than standard timelines. In rare cases where delivery to your pincode is not possible, we will notify you and issue a full refund.

2. Order processing time

Orders are processed on working days (Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays). Once payment is confirmed, your order will typically be packed and handed over to our courier partner within 1–3 business days.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be picked up for processing on the next working day. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

3. Delivery timeline

Estimated delivery timelines from the date of dispatch are as follows:

  • Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days.
  • Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities: 4–6 business days.
  • Remote or rural areas: 6–10 business days.

These timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control such as high-volume periods, regional disruptions, or courier delays.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. Any applicable shipping fee will be displayed clearly before you confirm your order.

We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain value, which will be communicated on the website or at checkout when applicable.

5. Order tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. You can use this to monitor the status of your delivery in real time via our courier partner's website.

If you do not receive a tracking update within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please write to us at store.saacoor@gmail.com with your order number.

6. Incorrect address

Please ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and pincode entered at checkout are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your address after placing the order, contact us immediately at store.saacoor@gmail.com. We will try our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been handed over to our courier partner.

Re-shipping charges for orders returned due to an incorrect address will be borne by the customer.

7. Failed or undelivered orders

Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful due to the customer being unavailable or unreachable, the package may be held at the nearest courier facility for a limited period before being returned to us.

In the event an order is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before the order is re-dispatched. Refunds will not be issued for orders returned due to failed delivery caused by customer unavailability.

8. Delays and disruptions

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, certain situations are outside our control and may cause delays. These include natural calamities, strikes, public holidays, logistical disruptions, or government-imposed restrictions. Saacoor will not be held liable for delivery delays caused by such circumstances.

During peak seasons or sale periods, processing and delivery times may be slightly longer than usual. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
