Introduction

This is a premium fusion recipe where SAACOOR Paneer Makhanwala filling is
transformed into a stuffed kulcha snack. The outer layer becomes crisp and buttery while
the inside remains creamy and rich.

Ingredients

• 200 g paneer (crumbled)
• 2 tbsp SAACOOR Paneer Makhanwala Premix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 tbsp butter
• 1 tbsp cream
• 6 kulchas
• Coriander leaves

Step 1: Prepare the Filling
Heat butter on medium flame. Add SAACOOR premix and sauté lightly for 20–30 seconds.
Add water slowly while stirring to avoid lumps. Cook for 3–4 minutes till smooth gravy
forms.

Step 2: Add Paneer
Add crumbled paneer and mix gently. Add cream and cook till mixture becomes thick and
slightly dry so it can be stuffed easily.

Step 3: Stuffing
Cut kulchas into pockets. Fill generously with prepared mixture. Do not overfill as it may
break while cooking.

Step 4: Toasting
Heat a pan, apply butter, and toast kulchas on medium flame. Press lightly and cook until
golden and crisp on both sides.

Serving & Plating
Serve hot with mint chutney and onion rings. For premium presentation, brush with butter
and sprinkle coriander.

Chef Notes
