
Introduction
This is a café-style wrap using SAACOOR Paneer Makhanwala Premix, combining
creamy paneer filling with fresh vegetables and soft roti.
Step 1: Prepare Filling
Heat butter in a pan. Add SAACOOR premix and sauté lightly. Add water gradually and
cook into smooth gravy.
Step 2: Cook Paneer
Add paneer strips and cook until fully coated. Keep mixture thick to avoid soggy wraps.
Step 3: Prepare Base
Mix curd and mayo with a pinch of salt. Spread on warm roti.
Step 4: Assembly
Add vegetables and paneer filling. Roll tightly ensuring even distribution.
Step 5: Toasting
Toast wrap lightly on pan with butter for crispy outer layer.
Serving & Plating
Serve diagonally cut with chutney or dip. Garnish with herbs for premium look.

Do not make gravy thin. Serve immediately for best texture.
